Everton Tower

Liverpool

The Aubrey Street boiler/pump houses and water-tower of 1857 and 1865 are listed Grade II and form an important part of the nineteenth century water works developments to supply Liverpool. The buildings became redundant in the 1980s and in 2007 Bench Architects were appointed by United Utilities Property Solutions to produce a study into the Pumping Station’s chronology and history with a view to finding new uses for the buildings and opportunities for development.
